Netherlands – Drinks dispensers – EA Warme en koude drankenvoorziening

The contract concerns the provision of hot and cold drinks in the (renovated) town hall and all related locations. The contract includes the supply, on a rental/operational lease basis, of hot and cold drink vending machines, including related services. The contract includes at least: - Delivery, placement, and installation of new machines; - Making the machines available and keeping them operational throughout the contract period; - Supply of ingredients and related consumables; - Preventive and corrective maintenance; - Fault handling in accordance with agreed response times; - Replacement of machines in case of structural faults or end of useful life; - Support during commissioning and user training.
