Description

The present consultation concerns the execution of masonry works as part of the maintenance of rail networks (Metro - RER), surface and buildings of the RATP. For information and for indicative purposes only (this may change depending on the execution): - Average number of orders per year: 700; - Average order value: 11K€; - Median order value: 5K€; - Majority of orders less than or equal to 15K€. The works and services, carried out day and night, include in particular: - The repair, maintenance of parts or all of masonry, meulière or limestone, reinforced or unreinforced concrete structures; - The refurbishment or replacement in kind of parts or all of existing structures; - The construction or modification of small structures; - 7/7 and 24/24 standby; - The provision of staff in the event of the PPRI (Flood Risk Protection Plan) being triggered. The works may be carried out under the following conditions: - Under section IV; - Under consignment or coverage depending on the rail networks. The description of the structures and their technical specifications are given in the Special Technical Clauses Document (CCTP), and the implementation constraints in the Special Implementation Clauses Document (CCPR). The contract, which is the subject of this consultation, is conducive to a partnership with the sheltered and adapted work sector (EA or ESAT) and/or the economic activity integration sector (EI, ACI, ...). It is brought to the attention of the candidate that the assessment of their offer will also take into account this type of partnership, provided that it contributes to the performance of the services provided for in the contract. The assessment criteria will be indicated in the DCE.
