Bulgaria – Medical equipments, pharmaceuticals and personal care products – „Доставка на антитела за обезпечаване на проект USMOT, ФНИ ННП Вихрен - 2024"

The subject of the public procurement is the selection of a contractor/contractors for the supply of antibodies to ensure the USMOT project, FNI NNP Vihren-2024. The procurement includes the delivery of the goods, previously stated and specified by type (commercial nomenclature), technical data, packaging and quantities. The goods are detailed in the Technical Specification (Appendix No. 1) of the documentation. The quantity of goods is determined by the Contracting Authority depending on the specific needs and financial security. The quantities indicated in the documentation are forecast for the contract period and will be used to evaluate the offers. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the specified quantities of goods in accordance with its needs. Place of performance of the contract: Varna, ul. "Marin Drinov" No. 55. Contract performance period - 12 (twelve) months. Delivery time – up to 60 (sixty) calendar days from receipt of the written request from the Contracting Authority. The delivery of goods should be carried out in accordance with the storage and transportation conditions described by the manufacturer, in the original packaging of the manufacturer, with the integrity of the packaging, with the origin indicated, and in the applicable cases, accompanied by an analytical certificate and a safety data sheet in Bulgarian. The remaining shelf life of the offered items at the time of delivery should be not less than 80% of the shelf life indicated by the manufacturer on the packaging. The public procurement is divided into separate lots as follows: Lot No. 1: Antibodies for neuroglial and synaptic activity with a forecast value of 8 737,30 € (eight thousand seven hundred thirty-seven euros and thirty cents) and a forecast quantity of 23 packages. Lot No. 2: Antibodies for myelin production and astrocyte reactivity with a forecast value of 8 883,43 € (eight thousand eight hundred eighty-three euros and forty-three cents) and a forecast quantity of 17 packages. Lot No. 3: Antibodies for glioprogenitor activity with a forecast value of 3 714,90 € (three thousand seven hundred fourteen euros and ninety cents) and a forecast quantity of 6 packages.
