i-TEAM is the IT Services Directorate of the La Poste Group. It acts as an internal IT service provider to the various branches of the Group. In this context, i-TEAM ensures, in particular: • The operation and maintenance of infrastructures and applications in operational condition, • The provision of shared digital services. The activities are structured according to an industrial logic distinguishing: • Design and transformation activities (BUILD), • Operation and support activities (RUN). The DUNES Directorate (Unified Directorate for Digital and Secure User Environment) is a directorate of i-TEAM dedicated to the digital environment of employees. The main missions of the DUNES Directorate are: • To define and drive the strategy related to the workstation and collaborative environment, • To design and evolve technological standards, • To ensure the security and compliance of user environments, • To drive digital Workplace transformation programs. The services expected must ensure efficient expert-level support (final escalation level) on workplace management and infrastructure solutions. In this regard, the main identified needs are as follows: Support services: This package must include support services (Incident management on escalation of La Poste teams and problem management). Expertise services: These are additional expertise services that can be added as needed. The elements listed above represent the main expected services. They will be described more precisely in the annex (RFI Annex Response Framework) dedicated to this document. The main challenge lies in the adequacy of the proposal to the expressed needs, the context and the business challenges expressed by the La Poste Group.
