Finland – Printed matter and related products – Roll-upit, beach flagit ja banderollit

The procurement concerns roll-up banners, beach flags and banderoles for various units and commercial entities of the City of Jyväskylä. The product range includes products made from different materials (e.g. fabric, printed vinyl) such as roll-ups, beach flags, banderoles and related ancillary services. The procurement is related to the City of Jyväskylä's 2024 EU procurement for Printing, Printing and Copying Services, which is part of the sub-area (Part 4) Roll-ups, Beach Flags and Banderoles. The estimated value of the procurement now being implemented for roll-ups, beach flags and banderoles is 40 000 €. The value of the procurement is below the national threshold for goods and services (60 000 euros). The procurement will be implemented as a framework agreement with several suppliers. The framework agreement will last until 30.6.2028 and will end at the same time as the three other sub-areas of the Printing, Printing and Copying Services procurement. The framework agreement corresponds in structure to the framework agreement referred to in Section 42 of the Procurement Act 1397/2016. Up to three (3) bidders who meet all the relevant and minimum requirements and whose bids comply with the invitation to tender will be selected for the framework agreement. The selection will be made on the basis of a bid comparison, so that the bidders with the most points will be selected for the framework agreement and placed in the order of priority according to the points obtained. If there are fewer than three (3) bidders who comply with the invitation to tender, the framework agreement may be made with fewer bidders. Items will be ordered primarily from the supplier ranked first in the order of priority and, if necessary, from the following suppliers in the order of priority.
