Belgium – Electricity, heating, solar and nuclear energy – a negotiated procedure with a prior call for competition for the supply of electricity - provisioning and operations for 2027-2028

The object of this Contract is to supply Electricity, provisioning and operations for the Contracting Authority (Principal). The Contracting Authority wants the Successful Tenderer to purchase and/or sell electric energy for the Contracting Authority and, if desired, purchase and/or deliver it at the connection points for which the Contracting Authority has entrusted balance responsibility to the Successful Tenderer.
