The Beuthener Straße Primary School in Hannover was partially destroyed by a fire. The 4-track primary school is to be comprehensively renovated at the existing location, expanded in the area of the fire to include an auditorium, sanitary facilities, full-day services, and a single-court sports hall. The school will be fully relocated during the construction period, so the implementation can be carried out in one construction section. The gross floor area (BGF) of the areas to be renovated and expanded is approximately 6,360 m2. The building is a listed monument. The project planning for this project has so far been carried out by an architectural firm up to and including LP2. The existing planning is to be taken over and continued and completed in the remaining performance phases (from LP 3 onwards). Due to special dependencies of the building and room acoustics on the planned design of the building extension, any specialist planning services required should be offered as a special service.
