The procurement is conducted as a restricted EU tender in accordance with the Public Procurement Act, sections 58-60. This means that companies must apply to be selected to submit a tender (pre-qualified). AAB will select 5 companies to submit tenders. Negotiations will not be conducted before the contract award, and tenderers must therefore submit only one (1) tender. Tenderers should therefore ensure that the tender is drafted in such a way that the contract can be entered into without negotiations and without prior discussions between AAB and the tenderer. The tender is conducted entirely electronically (except for the conclusion of the contract) via the tendering platform Byggeprojekt: https://app.byggeprojekt.dk/webapp/public/2153-AAB_afd._25_, through which all communication with AAB will and shall take place.
