The contract involves the supply, configuration, implementation, integration, data migration, training, support and maintenance of a digital solution for the accommodation recreation of the Zilvermeer. The solution must at least provide support for online reservations, bookings, product and price catalogues, customer and guest communication, guest self-service, reception operations, guest identification, access control, rental products, reporting and links with relevant provincial and external systems. In addition, the candidate may indicate to what extent their solution is also scalable to related domains such as day recreation, events, catering, retail operations, entertainment, marketing communication, mobile applications and library management.
