The subject of the contract is the successful collection and processing of waste with code 19 12 12, which are components for the production of alternative fuel. The processing must be in accordance with the relevant legal provisions and recovery processes specified in Annex No. 1 to the Act of 14.12.2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1587, as amended).

1) Information regarding the collected waste.

a) The contracting authority estimates that the monthly quantities of components for RDF will be approximately 1300 Mg. These quantities may change during the implementation of the contract.

b) For the production of alternative fuel components RDF, unsorted municipal waste (code 20 03 01), packaging waste (from group 15), paper and plastic are used.

c) The components for RDF will be prepared for collection in the form of baled, tied with steel wire, and loose in a 50:50 ratio depending on the resources at the plant. This is an oversize, high-energy fraction, not suitable for recycling, a fraction above 80mm, without metal, stone and organic fraction content. The decision on which product will be issued will be made at the moment the transport enters the scale.

d) The dimensions of the baled waste will be approximately 80x100x100. The average weight of the waste bale is approximately 550 – 650 kg.

e) Waste quality parameters: - calorific value from approx. 10 - approx. 13MgJ/kg - moisture – above 15% The given results are indicative and may change depending on the batch of waste.

f) The contracting authority does not have tests of the composition/morphology of the waste which is the subject of the contract, nor laboratory tests of the waste which is the subject of the contract.

g) The average load weight on a trailer type moving floor (90m³) depending on the waste structure is from 16 -20 Mg.

h) The contracting authority does not require the replacement of containers.

i) Loading is on the side of the contracting authority. The appearance of the waste is shown in the photographs attached to the SWZ.
