Part 1 of the procurement – Purchase and delivery of Microsoft Exchange Online Plan1 user license, for the period from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027, catalogue number AAA-04063, in the quantity of 7200 units (without Software Assurance option). The license is non-exclusive and time-limited, granted/issued to the Buyer, without the possibility of termination. Part 2 of the procurement - Purchase and delivery of Microsoft Office - standard Device version office software license, for the period from the date of delivery to the Buyer of information about the ordered licenses, in the quantity of 555 units (without Software Assurance option). The license is non-exclusive and perpetual, granted/issued to the Buyer, without the possibility of termination.

2. The Contractor will provide access to a personalized page of the manufacturer with the defined Procurement Account of the Buyer, allowing authorized persons from the Buyer's side to: download the purchased software, check the number of active subscriptions in the list of purchased products.

3. In case of offering a Microsoft solution - the procurement will be realized within the framework of the Microsoft Products and Services Agreement MPSA.

4. The Buyer allows the submission of equivalent offers. Detailed requirements regarding equivalence can be found in the SWZ.

5. The subject of the procurement must be realized by the Contractor holding the status of a licensed Microsoft partner (LSP) authorized to sell licenses, and in the case of offering an equivalent solution the Buyer requires that the subject of the procurement be realized by the Contractor holding the status of a licensed partner of the manufacturer of the offered software, authorized to sell licenses.
