TenneT TSO GmbH intends to award framework contracts for the inspection of ladder racks and platforms on transformers and coils in various substations throughout the TenneT network. The scope of services also includes the development of concepts for the later conversion of the ladder racks and platforms/ platforms. The two service components cannot be separated. The tender is divided into three regional lots: Lot 1: North Region (Schleswig-Holstein and Lower Saxony West) Lot 2: Central Region (Lower Saxony East and Hessen) Lot 3: South Region (Franconia and South Bavaria) Bidders can apply for individual regional lots as well as for all advertised regional lots. Details can be found in the tender documents provided in Mercell. Access to the tender documents is restricted. You will receive access to the tender documents after signing the enclosed confidentiality agreement. Confidentiality Agreement / NDA To protect the confidentiality of information from the contracting authority in the tender documents, a confidentiality agreement must be concluded. To do this, use the document "NDA_Leiterprüfungen" provided for download and send the signed copy via email to [email protected] and [email protected]. Bidders are permitted to submit signed confidentiality agreements to the contracting authority at any time during the application process. After a plausibility check, the contracting authority will grant the bidder access to the tender documents. From this, the bidder cannot yet deduce that the contracting authority certifies the bidder's suitability for further participation in the tendering procedure. In this regard, the contracting authority will send separate invitations to submit offers to the bidders admitted to the tendering procedure after the application deadline has expired. ATTENTION! This is a multi-stage procedure. Only after selection of the applicants according to the specified suitability criteria will the invitation to tender be sent to the suitable participants! In the 1st stage, no tender documents are to be submitted! The application for participation must be received in good time, i.e. no later than 19.08.2026 at 12:00, CET via the e-procurement platform Mercell (application deadline). Individual deadline extensions will not be granted. Submission of the application for participation by post, by email or by fax is not permitted. A violation of this requirement may result in the exclusion of the application for participation.
