**Notice**: 70/2026 International Open Tender above threshold for the supply of "Fuel", namely: Estimated Budget for one year (12 months): 645.158,35 € excluding VAT or 799.996,36 € including VAT 24%. In detail for one year; Budget for Heating Oil CPV:09135100-5: 580.122,58 € excluding VAT or 719.352,00 € including VAT 24%, Budget for Diesel CPV:09134100-8: 63.428,52 € excluding VAT or 78.651,36 € including VAT 24%, Budget for Unleaded 95 Octane Petrol CPV:09132100-4: 1.607,26 € excluding VAT or 1.993,00 € including VAT 24%, And with the right to renew for another year under the same terms and the same amount Estimated Total Budget: 1.290.316,71 € excluding VAT or 1.599.992,72 € including VAT 24%. Heating Oil CPV:09135100-5, to cover the needs of the General Hospital of Chalkidiki, the Psychiatric Clinic, the Dialysis Unit and the KE.FI.A.P, Diesel CPV:09134100-8 for the generator supplying power, to cover various heating needs (in periods of unavailability of heating oil) and for the movement of vehicles and Unleaded 95 Octane Petrol CPV:09132100-4 for the movement of the hospital and KE.FI.A.P vehicles, for a period of one year (12 months) with the right to renew for another year under the same terms and the same amount. The award criterion for the Contract is the most economically advantageous tender, exclusively on the basis of the price per item, which will be given as follows (based on article 95 of law 4412/2016), namely: the highest percentage discount (%) on the respective average retail selling price of each type, of the Fuel Prices Observatory of the Ministry of Development for the Region of Chalkidiki (http://www.fuelprices.gr), on the day of submission of this and which will correspond to each characteristic feature of the type (heating oil, diesel and unleaded petrol).
