The municipality of Marktsteft intends to replace the nursery with 3 nursery groups and 3 crèche groups on two floors on the plots with the cadastral numbers 969/1, 962/11, 962/12 and 971 based on the model of the day-care centre “Kita unterm Nussbaum” in 97842 Karbach. In the course of the demand planning for the years 2023 to 2026, an increased demand for places was identified, which can no longer be covered in the existing building on the plot cad. no. 962/12. For this reason, it has been decided to construct a new building. The new nursery is to be designed for approx. 111 children with all necessary rooms including kitchen and dining room, multi-purpose room and rest room. To reduce construction costs and the construction time, the planning of the nursery is to be oriented towards a type of construction with a high degree of prefabrication, ideally in modular construction, and ultimately enable the award to a general contractor. Due to the special features already associated with the planning and the necessity of coordination beyond the normal scope between the individual planning disciplines as well as the feasibility of the planning contributions with regard to the desired modular construction, the service pictures for building planning, structural design and technical building services have already been awarded together in a separate tender. Since the existing nursery is currently in operation on the site to be planned, the commissioned planning team is also to draw up an operational concept coordinated with the client and the user, which, in the event of the relocation of the container building, also plans interim solutions or intermediate states in coordination with the client and the user, with which largely uninterrupted and unrestricted operation of the nursery is possible. The subject of this tendering procedure are the lines required within the framework of the realisation of the new construction of the nursery of the service picture external facilities including the planning of the play equipment and the sports field.
