The City of Kassel intends to renovate the specialist classroom wing (Building N) of the Jacob-Grimm School. In this project, the contractor will take on the overall planning as the sole overall responsible party, to whom the essential architectural and specialist planning services will be transferred by the client. All planning services, which are commissioned step by step according to HOAI (LPH 1 - 9) for the general planning and the construction implementation of the specialist classroom wing by the client, are the responsibility of the contractor. The usable area for the existing structure is approximately 2,515 m2. Project contents are: stripping and dismantling work; renewal of the building services (heating, ventilation, electrical); student workstations with media supply (power, gas, water depending on the type of teaching); interventions in the existing structure for change of use/optimisation or routing of the service ducts; roof renovation and energy retrofitting of the flat roof; PV system; fire protection measures; lift.
