1. The subject of the contract is the adaptation of part of an office building located at ul. Orzeszkowej 15 and al. Jana Pawła II 40 for residential use. 2. The detailed scope of the contract and the requirements of the Contracting Authority are specified in the project documentation prepared by APA ARCHES Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Spółka Komandytowa with its seat in Poznań, and the contract template, which are annexes 2, 2a and 4 to the SWZ. 3. The construction works which are the subject of the contract include: 3.1. The basic order (guaranteed), which covers the adaptation of part of the office building located at ul. Orzeszkowej 15 and al. Jana Pawła II 40 for residential and service use, as detailed in the project documentation prepared by APA ARCHES Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Spółka Komandytowa with its seat in Poznań, which is annex 2 to the SWZ. 3.2. The order subject to the right of option, involving the execution of a server room with technical rooms, as detailed in the project documentation prepared by APA ARCHES Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Spółka Komandytowa with its seat in Poznań, which is annex 2a to the SWZ. The Contracting Authority may, at any time, exercise the right to apply the option, in accordance with the terms set out in the contract template, within the specified deadline (i.e. within 4 years from the date of signing the contract).
