1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of non-standard computer equipment for the organisational units of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, hereinafter referred to as the "equipment". 2. The Purchaser will place orders (Annex 3 to the framework agreement) for the delivery of equipment, based on the framework agreement concluded as a result of the award procedure. 3. The contract will be executed with due care and in accordance with all the requirements set out in the SWZ along with the annexes. The delivered subject of the contract must be complete and, upon commissioning, ready for use in accordance with its intended purpose, without any additional investment purchases on the part of the Purchaser. The Contractor, at the stage of contract execution, executes the subject of the contract in accordance with the requirements of the Purchaser. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 5 to the SWZ. 5. In cases where the description of the subject of the contract refers to standards, technical evaluations, technical specifications, the Purchaser allows for the possibility of applying equivalent solutions to those described. 6. The Purchaser does not allow for the possibility of submitting partial tenders. The scale of the contract is adapted to SMEs. 7. The subject of the contract may be implemented within the framework of projects co-financed from the funds of the European Structural Funds. 8. Other conditions for the implementation of the contract are specified in the Draft Framework Agreement Provisions, which are Annex 6 to the SWZ. 9. The Purchaser does not allow for the possibility of submitting variant tenders. 10. The Purchaser does not envisage the possibility of placing orders, as referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the pzp Act. 11. The rules and conditions for placing orders are specified in Annex 6 to the SWZ – Draft Framework Agreement. 12. Information about the means of electronic communication, by which the Purchaser will communicate with the Contractors, as well as information about the technical and organisational requirements for the preparation, sending and receipt of electronic correspondence, are indicated in Section VII of the SWZ, available together with this notice on the website of the conducted procedure.
