Poland – Ultrasonic unit – Dostawa, instalacja i uruchomienie sprzętu finansowanego ze środków Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego Plus w ramach Programu Fundusze Europejskie dla Pomorza Zachodniego 2021-2027 na realizację projektu „Zapobieganie i wczesne wykrywanie raka płuc w województwie zachodniopomorskim” FEPZ.06.21-IP.01-002/25-00 dla SPWSZ w Szczecinie

The subject of the contract is the supply, installation, and commissioning of equipment financed from the European Social Fund Plus funds as part of the European Funds for Western Pomerania 2021-2027 programme for the implementation of the project "Prevention and early detection of lung cancer in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship" FEPZ.06.21-IP.01-002/25-00 for SPWSZ in Szczecin.

The contractor is obliged to carry out the contract in accordance with the terms and conditions described in the project contract, which is annex no. 4 to SWZ, and in the Description of the Subject of the Contract, which is annex no. 1 to SWZ, and in annex no. 1A to SWZ.

The Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract is annex no. 1 to SWZ.

The place of performance of the subject of the contract will be the Independent Public Voivodeship Hospital in Szczecin, with its seat at ul. Sokołowskiego 11, Szczecin Zdunowo.

The contract performance period: within 2 weeks from the date of signing the contract, but no later than 15.12.2026.
