Intervention for the requalification, regeneration and enhancement of the "Borgo delle Arti" and the landscape in the Municipality of Centola

The Municipality of Centola intends to carry out an intervention for the requalification, regeneration and enhancement of the "Borgo delle Arti" and the landscape in the Municipality of Centola, in order to enhance the cultural, artistic and landscape heritage of the Municipality, promoting the development of the territory and the improvement of the quality of life of its inhabitants.

The intervention will include the following activities:

1. Urban requalification of the "Borgo delle Arti" area, including the restoration and enhancement of existing buildings, the creation of new public spaces and the improvement of accessibility;

2. Landscape regeneration, including the creation of green areas, the planting of trees and shrubs, and the improvement of the landscape;

3. Enhancement of cultural and artistic heritage, including the restoration and enhancement of historic buildings, the creation of new cultural spaces and the organization of cultural events;

4. Implementation of sustainable mobility solutions, including the creation of bike lanes, pedestrian paths and public transportation infrastructure;

5. Implementation of energy efficiency measures, including the installation of renewable energy sources and the improvement of energy performance of buildings.

The contract will be awarded to the tenderer who submits the best offer in terms of quality, price and sustainability.
