Romania – Road construction works – Executie lucrări - rest de executat pentru obiectivul „Modernizarea si pietonizarea zonei centrale Fagaras” Cod SMIS 335546

The contract's object is the execution of works – remaining works and additional works (newly proposed) – for the investment objective "Modernization and pedestrianization of the central zone of Făgăraș", code SMIS 335546, Brașov County, Municipality of Făgăraș. The works continue and finalize the execution envisaged in Technical Project no. 04-C/2022 (ROAD CONSTRUCT S.R.L., Building Permit no. 7/14.02.2023), based on the recommendations from the Post-Execution Technical Expertise no. 05.10/May 2026 (RADU LUCA VISION S.R.L.). The need for the procurement arises from the termination, on 31.01.2026, of the Contractual Agreement no. 39431/13.06.2023 concluded with ASOCIEREA OPTICA SOFIA SRL–EUROPAN PROD SA, at a physical execution stage of 95%. The works target streets, sidewalks, bicycle paths, green spaces, irrigation system, underground pedestrian crossing and public lighting, on the sites in the central area of the municipality (Mihai Viteazu, Republicii, C-tin Popp, Mihai Eminescu, N. Bălcescu, Tăbăcari, B-dul Unirii, Parc Republicii, Parc Cetate, Cathedral site, Casa de Cultură site, etc.). Number of days until which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 20 days. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information 11 days before the deadline set for the submission of tenders.
