Poland – Medical equipments – Zakup urządzeń medycznych dla Zakładu Patomorfologii Katowickiego Centrum Onkologii, zgodnie z Załącznikiem Nr 2 do SWZ – Oferta Cenowa

The subject of the order is the purchase of medical devices for the Department of Pathomorphology of the Katowice Oncology Centre, in accordance with Annex No. 2 to SWZ – Price Offer. The subject of the order has been divided into 9 Lots: Lot No. 1 – Automatic microtome – 2 units. Lot No. 2 – Cytological centrifuge – 1 unit. Lot No. 3 – Stainer with cover for preparations – 1 unit. Lot No. 4 – Incubator – 8 units. Lot No. 5 – Immunohistochemical staining apparatus in a set with a computer with software, barcode printer, cover for preparations – 1 unit. Lot No. 6 – Cryostat – 1 unit. Lot No. 7 – Stainer for intravital preparations – 1 unit. Lot No. 8 – Embedding station – 2 units. Lot No. 9 – Centrifuge – 1 unit. The task will be implemented as part of the Project co-financed from the funds of the European Funds for Silesia 2021-2027 No. FESL.08.06-IZ.01-216/25, Priority VIII European Funds for infrastructure for residents Action 08.06 Health Protection Infrastructure (Type II project). The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement procedure under Article 257 of the Act of 11.09.2019 on Public Procurement, if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate for the financing of the whole or part of the order are not granted.
