The subject of the contract is the road transport and processing of mining waste from Polska Grupa Górnicza S.A. Oddział KWK Piast-Ziemowit at locations at the disposal of the Contractor, divided into two tasks: 1) Task No. 1 - Piast Mine, 2) Task No. 2 - Ziemowit Mine. The contract concerns mining waste with the following codes: Task No. 1 for Piast Mine: unsorted waste with code 01 04 12 – waste generated during washing and cleaning of minerals other than those listed in 01 04 07 and 01 04 11, with a grain size of 0-200 mm, Task No. 2 for Ziemowit Mine - unsorted waste with codes: - 01 01 02 - Waste from the extraction of minerals other than metal ores, with a grain size of 0-+200mm, - 01 04 12 - Waste generated during washing and cleaning of minerals other than those listed in 01 04 07 and 01 04 11, with a grain size of 0-200mm.
