1. The subject of the contract is the winter maintenance of Gdynia's roads, divided into sectors 1-4 – 4 contract parts. 2. The subject matter of the contract covers winter maintenance services for road surfaces of lesser communicative importance – roads of categories III, III (#) and IV during the 2026/2027 winter season, specifically: clearing snow, ice (removing slipperiness) and post-snow mud as well as clearing excess snow with loading and transporting snow up to 20 km to a location indicated by the Contracting Authority. 3. The subject of the contract includes 4 PARTS – 4 SECTORS 1) Part 1 – SECTOR 1; 2) Part 2 – SECTOR 2; 3) Part 3 – SECTOR 3; 4) Part 4 – SECTOR 4, each part (sector) covering the basic contract and the contract subject to the right of option. 4. The detailed scope of the contract, the conditions of its implementation and the obligations of the Contractor for PART 1 of the contract, PART 2 of the contract, PART 3 of the contract, PART 4 of the contract are contained in the annexes to the SWZ: 1) Annex S1-1 – S5-1 – Description of the subject of the contract part 1–4; 2) Annex S1-2 – S5-2 – List of winter maintenance roads part 1–4; 3) Annex S1-3 – S5-3 – Report form part 1–4; 4) Annex S1-4 – S5-4 – Form of information on consumed means part 1–4; 5) Annex S1-5 – S5-5 – Overview map part 1–4; 6) Annex 10a-10d – Draft contractual provisions part 1–4.
