Germany – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Realschule Bünde-Mitte, Strotweg 19, 32257 Bünde, Erweiterung; Fachplanungsleistung HLS (LPH 1-8)

The Kommunalbetriebe Bünde -AöR- intends to expand the municipal secondary school Bünde-Mitte in Bünde with additional teaching areas and complementary functional rooms, as well as to renovate existing structures, and to construct a new single-court sports hall. This tendering procedure concerns the trade of mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) engineering services as a lot of all planning services. The objective of the specialist planning is to develop an energy-efficient, economical and operationally safe technical building equipment, taking into account the school use as well as the requirements for sports halls. The subject of the contract is the scope of services for technical building equipment planning according to §§ 53-56 HOAI 2021 (phases 1-8). The planning includes the following systems: - AG 1: Wastewater, water and gas systems - AG 2: Heating systems - AG 3: Ventilation systems - AG 8: Building automation (HLKS-relevant shares) The contract is awarded in stages.
