Poland – Gas oils – Przetarg nieograniczony na dostawę 400 m3 oleju napędowego do pojazdów wyposażonych w silniki z zapłonem samoczynnym

The subject of the order is the delivery of 400 m3 of "standard" fuel oil to the Contracting Authority's premises at the Supplier's cost and risk - according to the nomenclature specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 22 April 2020 amending the requirements for liquid fuels (i.e. Journal of Laws 2023, item 1314), with the proviso that the offered oil must comply on the deadline for submission of tenders with the currently applicable regulations in this regard.
