Poland – Education and training services – Przygotowanie i realizacja programów inkubacji i akceleracji #StartUP Małopolska

The subject of the order is the preparation and implementation of the incubation and acceleration programs #StartUP Małopolska. As part of the order, the Contractor will carry out activities within one edition of the incubation program and one edition of the acceleration program, including the necessary recruitment activities. This will be the second edition of both programs as part of the project „Małopolska Przedsiębiorcza” implemented by the Purchaser. The implementation of the order will cover the following cycle of activities: 1) Recruitment of participants in the incubation and acceleration programs 2) Implementation of support for entrepreneurs participating in the incubation program, including activities: • Organisation of pre-incubation workshops • Work of the incubation manager in the development of Individual Incubation Plans • Implementation of specialist training for incubated companies • Implementation of individual mentoring services • Implementation of activities related to the participation of companies in industry events • Implementation of specialist services for companies • Implementation of activities related to the care of the incubation manager and coordination of the incubation process of companies • Organisation of a meeting summarising the incubation program 3) Implementation of support for entrepreneurs participating in the acceleration program, including activities: • Organisation of pre-acceleration workshops • Work of the acceleration manager in the development of Individual Acceleration Plans • Implementation of specialist training for accelerated companies • Implementation of individual mentoring services • Implementation of activities related to the participation of companies in industry events • Implementation of specialist services for companies • Organisation of a study visit combined with matchmaking meetings • Implementation of activities related to the care of the acceleration manager and coordination of the acceleration process of companies • Organisation of a meeting summarising the acceleration program. 3. The conditions for the implementation of the order are set out in the draft provisions of the contract for the public order, which will be introduced to the contract for the public order – template contract and constitute annex 1C to swz (hereinafter referred to as the contract template). 4. The detailed description of the subject of the order (SOPZ) constitutes annex 1D to swz and it will be introduced as an annex to the contract for the public order. 5. The Purchaser specifies that the contractor will be obliged to transfer to the Purchaser the property rights to the works created, in accordance with the contract. 6. The Purchaser, in accordance with the provisions arising from art. 95 of the Act, specifies that it does not require the employment by the contractor or subcontractor, on the basis of an employment relationship, of persons performing activities within the scope of the implementation of the order, consisting in the performance of work in the manner specified in art. 22 §1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code. 7. The order is implemented as part of the project entitled „Małopolska Przedsiębiorcza”, co-financed from the funds of the European Union (European Regional Development Fund) as part of the programme Fundusze Europejskie dla Małopolski 2021-2027, Action 1.13 „Support for companies in the early stage of development”, Type A „Development programmes for startups”. 8.
