Description

The Troyes Champagne Métropole urban community must ensure the collection, transport and treatment of waste from the screening rejects of the Barberey Saint Sulpice wastewater treatment plant, which treats urban wastewater. The present contract aims to define the conditions for the provision of skips, collection, transport and treatment of waste from the screening rejects of the Barberey Saint Sulpice wastewater treatment plant. In accordance with Article L2113-10 of the Public Procurement Code, the present consultation is divided into lots as follows: -Lot No. 1: Screening rejects from the Barberey-Saint-Sulpice WWTP, -Lot No. 2: Screening rejects from the Estissac WWTP (M2023-024). This consultation concerns only Lot No. 1. Lot No. 2 is still valid and will be the subject of a separate consultation for its renewal. In accordance with the provisions of Articles L2125-1.1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6 and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code, each lot will result in the conclusion of a single-supplier framework agreement with purchase orders. The framework agreement holder will be consulted, upon each occurrence of a need, by means of the issuance of purchase orders, in accordance with the provisions of Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. Pursuant to Article R.2162-4-2° of the Public Procurement Code, the framework agreement will be concluded with a maximum annual amount of 150 000 € HT. The validity period of the present contract runs from its notification date for a period of one year. It may be renewed, 3 times by tacit agreement, for periods of 12 months. The contractor may not refuse the renewal in accordance with the provisions of Article R2112-4 of the Public Procurement Code. In the event of non-renewal, a letter will be sent to the contractor(s) of the public contract at least one month before the expiry of the latter. The execution deadlines will start from the notification of a purchase order and will be set out in the latter. A monthly purchase order will be issued for this purpose. The collection days and the date of intervention will be confirmed in addition to the purchase order. A site visit is optional (see Article 3-4 of the RC).
