The objective of the procurement is to procure the rights to use and related services of a digital pathology system (Solution) supporting the service production of the wellbeing services counties of Satakunta and Varsinais-Suomi (”Solution”). The aim is to tender a digital pathology system (solution) that meets the requirements of Finnish legislation. The objective of the procurement is to obtain a system in production use that enables the achievement of the set target schedule. The procuring entity in this procurement, 2M-IT Oy (”2M-IT” and/or “procuring entity”) as an in-house company, provides services for its owner-customers, the wellbeing services county of Varsinais-Suomi and the wellbeing services county of Satakunta (“Customer”), acting as the end-users of this procurement.
