Poland – Electricity, heating, solar and nuclear energy – Dostawa energii elektrycznej wraz z usługą odkupu energii ze źródeł OZE dla Wielkopolskiej Grupy Zakupowej Energii Elektrycznej

The subject of the contract is: a) the supply of electrical energy in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 on Energy Law and the executive acts issued thereunder, b) the settlement of surpluses (buy-back) of electrical energy generated in renewable energy sources (RES) installations indicated in Annex No. 1 to the Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract (hereinafter OPZ), which will be fed into the grid of the local Distribution System Operator (DSO) along with the commercial balancing service in accordance with the provisions of the project agreement, which is Annex No. 7 to the Subject Terms of Reference (SWZ) of the relevant procedure. The Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ) is Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
