Belgium – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Managed services voor de ICT-omgevingen van de Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit en het Controleorgaan op de politionele informatie

This contract concerns the provision of ICT services on behalf of the Data Protection Authority (hereinafter "DPA") and the Police Information Control Authority (hereinafter "COC"). More specifically, it involves primarily offering services in the area of what is known as "managed ICT infrastructure". As authorities, the DPA and the COC attach importance to the integrated provision of these services, which must be governed by processes. Both the DPA and the COC aim for the "Basic" level of NIS2 and require the ability to subsequently implement NIS2 controls from higher levels. The contract consists of three service components: • Part 1 - Environment Configuration • Part 2: RECURRENT ICT services for ENVIRONMENT MANAGEMENT • Part 3 - Follow-up projects for the evolutionary management of the environment.
