Poland – Construction work – BZP.271.77.2026 „Wsparcie rozwoju gospodarczego obszaru rewitalizacji poprzez zagospodarowanie terenu Rynku Maślanego w Nowym Sączu” – w trybie „zaprojektuj i wybuduj”

The subject of the contract is the comprehensive design and execution of construction works as part of the investment entitled "Supporting the economic development of the revitalisation area through the development of the Maślany Rynek site in Nowy Sącz" in the "design and build" mode, including: 1. preparation of design documentation and obtaining all necessary agreements, opinions, administrative decisions and permits required for the implementation of the Investment; 2. execution of construction works specified in the design documentation, supplies, assembly, commissioning, testing, start-up, handover of complete as-built documentation and performance of all other services necessary to achieve the objective; 3. obtaining all required permits for use, including for Phase I and for Phases II and III; 4. provision of author's supervision for the entire duration of the investment.
