Finland – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Tietoturva- ja kyberturvallisuuspalvelut

The subject of this procurement is the provision of information security and cybersecurity services (”Services”) for Gasgrid Finland Oy ("Procuring Entity") and its subsidiaries Gasgrid Vetyverkot Oy and Floating LNG Terminal Finland Oy. The Procuring Entity is seeking one (1) professional service provider to produce the following information security and cybersecurity management, maintenance, support, and development services in accordance with the following:

1) Information Security Monitoring Service, i.e. SOC (Security Operations Center)

2) Information Security and Cybersecurity Response Service, i.e. C-SIRT (Cyber Security Response Team)

3) Cybersecurity Team CST (Cyber Security Team), which performs operational cybersecurity support tasks

The selected Service Provider's cybersecurity monitoring must operate in Finland and be able to provide the Services in Finnish. The Service Provider must also have Traficom's HAVARO capability and act as a HAVARO service provider. The contract will enter into force upon signature and will be valid for 3+1+1+1 years. The Services are intended to commence during the implementation of the acceptance project in August-December 2026, during which the Services will be transferred to production in a coordinated manner. The service production obligation begins according to the acceptance procedure of the services at the end of 2026 or at the latest 6 months after the start of the acceptance project. Special procurement law, i.e. the law on procurement and use rights agreements of units operating in the water and energy supply, transport and postal services sector (1398/2016), applies to this procurement.
