The municipality of Hermagor-Pressegger See (hereinafter also referred to as the “Contracting Authority”, “CA” or “Lessor”) intends to award a long-term lease contract for properties at Pressegger See. The objective of the present procedure is therefore the conclusion of a lease contract for the properties described in the tender documents between the Lessor on the one hand and the bidder ranked highest in the procedure on the other hand (hereinafter referred to as the “Lease Contract”). The lease of the properties subject to the lease contract is to be granted to a lessee who implements an attractive tourist lighthouse project on the properties (in particular, operation of a tourist accommodation business including gastronomy and bathhouse).
