Poland – Fire station construction work – Budowa strażnicy KP PSP w Nowym Targu wraz z JRG

The subject of the order is: Construction of the District Fire Brigade Command Station in Nowy Targ together with the Rescue and Firefighting Unit, including installations: gas, water and sewerage, central heating, electrical, telecommunication, mechanical ventilation, as well as parking spaces, utility sheds, flagpole, fire road, telecommunication mast. Technical data of the designed building: Command Building together with RFFU: a) total area: 4 547.08 m², b) usable area: 3 884.71 m², c) volume: 16 468.10 m³, Sheds (6 units): a) total area: 125.00 m² (5x20.00 m² + 1 x 25.00 m²), b) usable area: 123.00 m² (5x 19.60 m² + 1 x 25.00 m²), c) volume: 358.28 m³ (5x54.40 m³ + 1 x 86.25 m³), The task includes in particular: a) construction of the station building together with infrastructure, b) construction of roads, manoeuvring areas, parking spaces, walkways to the extent necessary for the operation of the unit, c) construction of a power generator set together with the construction of the connection, d) construction of a fence – fence up to 2.2 m. to be implemented on the basis of art. 29 para. 2 point 20 of the Building Law, e) construction of a place for collecting solid waste, f) development of green areas, g) construction of utility sheds, h) construction of a separator, i) construction of small architecture, j) construction of a flagpole, k) construction of a telecommunication mast, l) reconstruction of existing roads, parking lots and walkways within the plot, m) securing the existing technical infrastructure colliding with the location of the investment -drainage network, electrical network together with lighting poles, telecommunication sewerage, n) execution of the connection - sanitary sewer, water supply, power, telecommunication, gas, o) execution of external installations: water supply, sewage, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, telecommunication installation, area lighting, photovoltaic. Furthermore, the task also includes: a) organization, securing and development of the construction site, b) execution of as-built documentation with full and necessary measurements, certificates of conformity, technical approvals, declarations of conformity and other documents allowing the use of the materials and devices used together with their list, c) removal of demolition materials not suitable for recovery to a storage site in accordance with the applicable regulations in this area, d) tidying up and restoring the premises and area to their original condition after completion of the works.
