Creation of a dynamic procurement system in a competitive procedure, the subject matter of which is the general renovation, reconstruction, construction (above and below ground) and demolition works to be carried out on the properties owned and managed by the Contracting Authority, on the protected/non-protected monuments, buildings, structures located thereon, and in their environment. The exact final list of properties to be included in the dynamic procurement procedure is currently unknown; the Contracting Authority will continuously determine this after the creation of the dynamic procurement system. There is no obligation to aggregate in relation to the subject matter procurement procedure. The circle of properties affected by the renovation: residential property, apartment in a condominium and separate residential property, non-residential property. The works to be executed, according to their content, are typically planned renovations, construction assembly works, complex construction works, as well as building, structure demolition. In addition to the renovations, maintenance works planned in 1. procurement subject category, which are typically preventive maintenance works planned in advance on residential properties with tenants.
