The subject of this contract is the provision of the services of an independent intermediary as defined by Act No. 170/2018 Coll., on insurance distribution and insurance mediation, as amended, for the contracting authority. The subject of the performance is to ensure the management of the contracting authority's insurance, aimed at maintaining and updating the status of insurance contracts, assessing risks and proposals for insurance optimization, namely: providing consultancy and advisory services, managing concluded insurance contracts, monitoring timely insurance payments, assisting in resolving insurance events arising from concluded contracts and property damage, including claims for liability for personal injury or non-property damage, especially patients; providing legal, advisory services in the field of insurance; assessing and analysing existing insurance contracts.
