Expansion and renovation of the primary school in Hoheneggelsen for full-day school operation, An der Schule 10 in 31185 Söhlde. The municipality of Söhlde has decided to expand and renovate the primary school in Hoheneggelsen to a full-day school. The project is to be implemented with GKHi Gesellschaft für Kommunale Immobilien. The existing school building is located on the property An der Schule 10 in Hoheneggelsen, owned by the municipality of Söhlde. Approximately 200 pupils in 8 classes of 25 pupils each will be cared for in the two-stream primary school. Prior to this, the municipality of Söhlde commissioned a concept study for the expansion and renovation of the primary school in Hoheneggelsen to a full-day school. The concept study, developed in discussions with the administration and school management, is the basis for the above-mentioned planning. In addition to necessary renovation measures in the existing structure, the renovation and expansion is planned in 3 construction phases from 2027 to 2029. The planning is to take place after the VgV negotiation procedure from August 2026. The cost groups 300 + 400 of the three construction phases have been estimated at 1,380,300,- Euro gross for the expansions. The costs for renovation measures as well as for property (cost group 100), preparation/ development (cost group 200), equipment (cost group 600), incidental costs of construction (cost group 700) and financing costs (cost group 800) are not included in the cost estimate. The new construction is to be planned functionally and economically in medium equipment quality and executed to be barrier-free. The use of environmentally compatible and sustainable building materials is preferred. The preliminary and design planning will be coordinated in detail with the administration and the school management in the planning process.
