Poland – Installation of road lighting equipment – Roboty budowlane polegające na poprawie bezpieczeństwa ruchu pieszo/rowerowego poprzez przebudowę/budowę oświetlenia ciągów pieszo rowerowych/pieszych na terenie miasta Rzeszowa - etap II

The subject of the contract is the implementation of a "design and build" task, involving the construction of pedestrian and cycle path lighting located along streets managed by the Municipal Roads Authority in Rzeszów. The scope of the basic contract includes: - preparation of design documentation (construction design and necessary construction documentation) along with required approvals, - obtaining all necessary opinions, decisions, agreements and permits, including the submission of construction works, if required, - preparation of a temporary traffic organization project for the duration of the works, - performance of calculations and photometric designs for all indicated locations in accordance with the requirements of standard PN-EN 13201 or equivalent standards, - execution of construction works related to the lighting construction in accordance with the prepared design documentation, - delivery of design and calculation documentation in electronic form, including editable files of photometric programs (e.g. DIALux evo, Relux), photometric luminaire files (.ldt) and calculation reports. The contracting authority envisages the implementation of the contract within the basic scope and the possibility of using the option right covering additional locations indicated in the tender documentation. The lighting will be powered from the existing lighting infrastructure belonging to the City of Rzeszów Municipality or PGE Dystrybucja S.A., and the supply conditions will be obtained by the Contractor from the relevant infrastructure manager. The Contractor is obliged to use factory-new, unused materials and equipment. The use of equivalent solutions is permitted, provided that the Contractor demonstrates that they have parameters no worse than those required by the contracting authority.
