Dynamic Purchasing System (DIS) for Technical Consultants

Swedavia AB is establishing a DIS to pre-select suppliers who will be invited to participate in procurement procedures for certain disciplines within the category of Technical Consultants.

The following disciplines are relevant:

- Project Manager

- Construction Manager

- Project Engineering Manager

- Project Engineer

- BAS-P

- BAS-U

- Installation Coordinator

Each procurement procedure conducted through the system will have the following award criteria: The economically most advantageous tender will be accepted. The tender with the best price-quality ratio or the lowest price will be accepted.

To apply for admission to the system, the supplier must register on e-Avrop. Registration and application are free of charge for the supplier. A description of the qualification process and mandatory requirements can be found on e-Avrop.
