Germany – Road construction works – Rahmenwerkvertrag 2027 für Tiefbauleistungen im Bereich Storm-,Gas-,Wasser-, und Fernwärmeleitungen im Gebiet Würzburg

The Contractor undertakes, on the basis of this framework agreement and the individual contracts to be concluded under this framework agreement, to execute the civil engineering services described in the tender documents, in particular those of the Annual Civil Engineering Works List (hereinafter JLV-Civil Engineering), upon a call-off by the Contracting Authority. These are civil engineering works for repair, conversion, and expansion measures on the pipeline network in the sectors of electricity, gas, water, district heating, street lighting, telecommunications, and traffic signal systems.
