The subject of the procurement is the procurement and introduction of a cloud-based Identity & Access Management System including Subscription/Maintenance, the replacement of the existing SAP IDM, the integration of approximately 30 core systems, and the support of an extended Hypercare and operational phase for six months. The contract also includes operational preparation, full documentation, training/knowledge transfer, and the assurance of regulated operation incl. further system integrations. - Provision of a cloud-based IAM system (Subscription, Maintenance/Support, Operational Readiness, Interfaces). - Replacement/Migration of SAP IDM (Data and Authorization Migration, Cutover Plan, Fallback Strategy). - Integration/Provisioning of at least 30 core systems (Interfaces/Connectors, Workflows, Recertification). - Establishment of an automated, audit-compliant Audit/Reporting (Audit-compliant Logging). - Security & Data Protection Concept (e.g. Least-Privilege, SoD, GDPR), Logging & Monitoring. - Test & Quality Assurance (e.g. SIT/UAT), Acceptance Criteria and Documentation of Results. - Operational Preparation: Operational Concept, Runbooks, Emergency/Incident Processes, SLA Definition. - Training for Admins/Key Users and Knowledge Transfer; Regulated Handover to Regular Operation. - Extended Hypercare Phase post Go-Live and Assurance of Operation for 6 months, incl. successive integration of further systems and 2nd/3rd-Level Support.
