The subject of the contract in the ongoing public procurement procedure is the supply of thermal energy to military complexes administered by Military Unit No. 2063 (CPV code – 09300000-2). The subject of the contract is specified in the “Pricing Form/Contractor's Offer” which is Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 2. The contractor participating in the procedure must meet the conditions specified in Sections V and VII of the SWZ. 3. The contracting authority has included a “Description of the subject of the contract” in Annex No. 10 to the SWZ. 4. The contracting authority has included “Essential terms of the contract” in Annex No. 6 to the SWZ. 5. The contracting authority does not foresee a local visit, full documentation has been included in the annexes to the SWZ.
