The subject of the contract is the combined supply of natural gas, with the assumption of responsibility for deviations and the provision of distribution and transportation for all delivery points identified by the purchaser, in accordance with the required technical specifications and commercial terms of performance specified by the purchaser. A detailed description is provided in Annex 3 of the tender documents and contractual conditions set out in Annex 1 of the tender documents.
