Italy – Passenger terminal operation services – AVVISO ISTANZA DI VARIAZIONE EX ART. 24 COMMA 2°, PRIMO PERIODO, REG. COD. NAV. – WEST SICILY GATE SRL.

The company West Sicily Gate s.r.l., holder of Formal Act No. 46/21 and the related Supplementary Act No. 63/2022, for the management, among others, of the Cruise Terminal of the port of Palermo, with application ref. AdSP No. 9695 of 27.02.2026 and with application ref. AdSP No. 9767 of 27.02.2026, has requested, respectively, the authorisation pursuant to Article 24, paragraph 2, first sentence of the Navigation Code, to maintain 6 prefabricated pagodas (720 m2), in the already concessioned area, to be used as a luggage deposit, at the Sammuzzo quay, as well as for the expansion of a further 325 m2 of open area, to be used for passenger use within the terminal and, with application ref. AdSP No. 18243 of 31.03.2026, to build a new structure (935 m2) to be used as a luggage deposit at the V. Veneto quay.
