The subject of the contract is the performance of works/services related to: • scheduled cleaning of street inlets with channels, • emergency cleaning of street inlets with channels, • scheduled cleaning of storm drains, • emergency cleaning of storm drains, • emergency restoration of flow in blocked sections of drains and manholes and inlets to restore hydraulic flow, • emergency pumping of rainwater and meltwater, • operation of soakaways, • inspection and maintenance of devices for treating rainwater (settling tanks and separators), • operation of stormwater pumping stations (supervision, maintenance, repair), • emergency repair of a manhole cover of a storm drain, • emergency replacement of a manhole cover of a storm drain, • emergency repair of a damaged inlet, • emergency replacement of an inlet grate, • emergency closure of a manhole/inlet during heavy rain, • inspection of buildings. The Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract (DSC) is Annex No. 7 to the Contract Notice. The contract is divided into 2 parts (Lots) according to geographical location: Lot Left Bank – covering the area within the administrative boundaries of the city of Poznan on the left i.e. western side of the Warta river, hereinafter referred to as “Lot 1”, Lot Right Bank – covering the area within the administrative boundaries of the city of Poznan on the right i.e. eastern side of the Warta river, hereinafter referred to as “Lot 2”. The Contractor may submit a bid for the entire contract or for a Lot of their choice.
