Poland – Firefighting vehicles – Dostawa średniego samochodu ratowniczo-gaśniczego z układem napędowym 4x4 (kategoria 2: uterenowiony) dla OSP Koziegłowy

The subject of the contract is the Supply of a medium-sized fire and rescue vehicle with a 4x4 drive system (category 2: equipped) for OSP Koziegłowy. The contract also includes the delivery of additional equipment required for the operation, instructions in Polish, a set of documents necessary for vehicle registration, and training for OSP members in its operation. 1) A detailed description of the subject of the contract, a description of the requirements of the ordering party in the scope of the implementation and acceptance of the task are specified by: - Specification of Contract Conditions (SWZ) - Description of the Subject of the Contract (minimum technical and user requirements, compliance with which is mandatory) – Annex No. 2 to SWZ. All the requirements specified in the documents are minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is mandatory. Failure to meet the above minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as non-compliant with the contract conditions pursuant to Article 226(1)(5) of the Pzp Act.
