1. and 2. BA District heating network extension Bauernallee / intersection Schulstraße to TAV Project overview: Stadtwerke Ludwigslust-Grabow GmbH, as a municipal company with shareholders Stadt Ludwigslust and Stadt Grabow, sees itself as a link, catalyst and expert in municipal heat planning. The core component of the overall project is the expansion of the existing district heating network, including the connection of additional heat sources, to tap new supply potentials. The project at hand involves connecting the heating plant site (Bauernallee 3, 19288 Ludwigslust) with the site of TAV Alba Betriebs GmbH (Am Alten Flugplatz 6, 19288 Ludwigslust). Up to 8 MW of thermal power is to be fed into the existing district heating network via this connection in the future. Implementation of the overall measure is planned for the period 2026 to 2028. The commissioning of the supply connection by January 2028 at the latest is to be classified as a priority in the overall project context. The contractor must establish and continuously maintain suitable measures and a structured documentation for schedule and cost control. This includes, in particular, instruments for schedule control, schedule assurance, as well as for cost planning, cost tracking and cost assurance. These must be designed in such a way that project risks can be identified, assessed and minimised at an early stage by suitable measures. For this purpose, the planning services of structural design of engineering structures according to § 43 HOAI, phases 5-8 and optionally phase 9 as well as special services according to Appendix 12 (see fee table) are to be provided. The documents of the performance phases already provided by the office "IHS Ing. - Ges. H. Stüvel mbH" are attached to the tender documents under "Miscellaneous".
