Reagents and consumables compatible or equivalent to the Pathfast immunology analyser, Reagents and consumables compatible or equivalent to the urinalysis analyser URILYSER 100 Pro, Reagents and consumables compatible or equivalent to the EDANi15 analyser. Framework agreement with a maximum of 3 economic operators. Duration of the framework agreement 3 years. The contracting authority will respond to all requests for clarification by the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders; Number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders – 18 days. The minimum and maximum quantities that could be the subject of a single subsequent contract and those related to the framework agreement are set out in the tender dossier. Main place of delivery: Dr. Constantin Andreoiu County Emergency Hospital, Str. Gageni No. 100, Medical Analysis Laboratory / Warehouse. The contracting authority will award subsequent public procurement contracts under the framework agreement in cascade, only in compliance with the technical and financial conditions set out in the relevant framework agreement. Each time the contracting authority intends to award a subsequent public procurement contract under a framework agreement, it will consult with the economic operator in the first position in the ranking, requesting it, depending on the needs, to complete the offer. In the event that the economic operator in the first position in the ranking cannot supply the entire quantity of products required and/or cannot meet the delivery deadlines, then the contracting authority has the right to transmit a request for the award of the subsequent contract to the second economic operator in the ranking drawn up on the basis of the prices offered for the relevant lot. Accordingly, if the second operator cannot supply the entire quantity of products required and/or cannot meet the delivery deadlines, a request will be sent for the award of the subsequent contract to the third operator with whom the contracting authority has concluded a framework agreement.
