The structures to be inspected are located in the city area of Berlin and run along federal highways as urban thoroughfares, country roads, farm tracks, and footpaths. The bridge structures cross public roads and paths, railway installations and waterways. 85 substructures with a BW area of 34,029 m² in the responsibility of the Landes-Südbezirke, consisting of: 50 bridge structures, 5 noise protection structures, 15 retaining structures, 6 tunnel/culvert structures, 4 miscellaneous structures, 5 sign gantries. The scope of the contract includes, for each substructure, in the individual years: 2027: 1 main inspection, 2 continuous observations, 2028 and 2029: 1 inspection, 2 continuous observations, 2030: 1 simple inspection, 2 continuous observations, 2031 and 2032: 1 inspection, 2 continuous observations. Excluded from this: 1 substructure (bridge structure) in the years: 2028, 2029, 2031 and 2032: 1 special inspection (close-up inspection of the underside) and for 1 substructure (bridge structure) in the year: 2030: the extension of the simple inspection to include a close-up inspection of the underside.
