With the present submission, ewz procures the general planning services for the complete storage facility for the estimated project period 2026 to 2032. The general planner assumes overall project management plus site management and is responsible for the overall performance of all planners plus construction management. The general planner leads, coordinates and is responsible for the services of his planning team, consisting of specialist planners and experts, and individual service providers, and supports and advises the client in the project. The services advertised are in accordance with SIA 112:2014 (Building Planning Model) and the respective regulations SIA 102, 103, 106 and 108, as well as the supplementary requirements from document 5 "Technical Part".
